Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of Trading Algo's website, WhatsApp and platform. By using our services, you accept these terms. Please also read the Privacy Policy and the Risk and Results Disclaimer.

1. Who we are

2. The service

Trading Algo provides an automated trading system that operates on your MetaTrader 4 or MetaTrader 5 account, opened in your name with a regulated partner broker. The system runs on our servers: you do not need to keep your computer on.

  • The money is always yours: it stays in your account at the broker. We never receive, hold or move your funds. Deposits and withdrawals are always made at the broker.
  • Markets: Forex and, depending on the setting, gold and cryptocurrencies.
  • Strategy: the system uses a grid strategy with a progressive increase in position size. All orders have a stop loss, and the system pauses before major economic news. When the market moves against the open positions, exposure can increase.

3. Price and how we make money

Access to the platform is free: there is no monthly fee, subscription or joining fee. The only condition is that you open your account with the broker through our link.

Trading Algo receives a commission from the partner broker, calculated on the volume traded in the accounts opened through our link. The commission does not depend on whether you make or lose money. Since the commission grows with the volume traded, we want you to know that this interest exists.

The trading conditions (spread, trading commissions, leverage) are those of the broker and are set out in the contract you enter into with it.

4. Who can use it

To use the platform, you must:

  • be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts;
  • have a real account with a partner broker, opened through our link;
  • have the required minimum balance in the account (from 350 €, which may vary by country);
  • provide true information and keep it up to date.

Each person can only have one account on the platform.

5. Connecting your MetaTrader account

When you connect your account in the client area, you authorise Trading Algo to connect it to our servers and to open, manage and close trades automatically, according to the setting you have chosen. This requires the trading password, which we store encrypted and use only for this connection.

  • You can pause or remove the connection at any time in the client area.
  • We never remove, on our own initiative, an account that is trading. Only you can remove it.
  • We do not recommend trading manually on the same account while the system is connected, as this may interfere with the strategy.
  • Accounts with no MetaTrader account connected for a long time (for example, 180 days) may have their access restricted.

6. Settings

You choose the setting (Low, Medium, High and, depending on the balance, the PRO levels). Each setting has a minimum balance; the PRO levels become available when the account balance reaches the amount for each one. We never change your setting unless you ask us to.

7. Risks

Trading Forex, gold, cryptocurrencies and other leveraged products involves a high risk and you can lose all the money you have in your account. Past results do not guarantee future results and we do not guarantee any profit.

Results also depend on factors beyond our control, such as market conditions, the broker's spread and execution, and internet, server or MetaTrader platform failures. Only use money you can afford to lose. Negative balance protection depends on the broker.

8. No financial advice

Trading Algo is not a financial institution or an investment firm, does not provide financial advice and does not manage portfolios. Nothing we say on the website, on WhatsApp, in emails or on social media is an investment recommendation. The decision to connect your account, the choice of setting and the amount are always up to you.

9. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • keep your passwords secret and not share access to your account;
  • not use the service for illegal, fraudulent or abusive purposes;
  • comply with your broker's terms;
  • let us know if you suspect unauthorised access.

10. Invite and Earn

You receive 100 € for each friend who opens an account through your personal link and trades at least 1 lot. Payment is made by transfer to your IBAN or by deposit into your trading account. Invitations to yourself and duplicate or fraudulent accounts do not count. We may change the conditions for future invitations, without affecting rewards already earned.

11. Communications

We talk to you on WhatsApp (first through our automated assistant, overseen by the team) and by email. Your account emails (access, password and account notices) are always sent. Promotional emails are only sent if you agree to them, and you can unsubscribe in any email.

12. Service availability

We do our best to keep the service available at all times, but there may be interruptions for maintenance or updates, or because of technical failures. We may change or improve features at any time.

13. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Trading Algo is not liable for trading losses, decisions of the broker, market events or interruptions beyond our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or limits your rights as a consumer.

14. Intellectual property

The software, the brand, the texts and the other content of Trading Algo belong to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or resell them, or try to uncover the system's code.

15. Suspension and end of the service

You can stop using the service at any time: remove the account connection and, if you wish, ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of fraud, abuse, breach of these terms or where required by law.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The date of the last update is at the bottom of the page and, if the change is important, we will let you know in advance. If you continue to use the service after that, you accept the new version.

17. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Romania, without prejudice to the consumer protection rules of the country where you live. Before any dispute, talk to us: we resolve most situations on WhatsApp or by email.
